Athena Residences (Building B)
The second building at Athena Residences, across the road from No. 1 Grant Avenue.
Completed alongside Building A in early 2024, it rounds out Aniko Group’s $125 million Athena Residences, where resort-style facilities sit among gardens that cover most of the site. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Nov 2022 to Feb 2024.
