Athena Quays (Building A)
The first building at Athena Quays, Aniko Group’s waterfront address on Sickle Avenue, Hope Island.
Athena Quays is Aniko Group’s fourth Hope Island project: 177 apartments across two buildings, behind a facade designed by Archidiom, with a resort-style recreation club and private marina berths. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour for both buildings.
We were on site from Jun 2023 to Oct 2024.
