Athena Quays (Building B)
The second building at Athena Quays on Hope Island, completed in 2025.
With Building A, it completes the $170 million Athena Quays for Aniko Group. Residents share a pool, yoga and pilates hall, gym and barbecue area, with marina berths on the water. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour for both buildings.
We were on site from Aug 2023 to Mar 2025.
