Athena Residences (Building A)
Part of Athena Residences, 185 waterfront and garden apartments on Sickle Avenue, Hope Island.
Aniko Group sold all 185 apartments within three months of launch. The floorplans leave room to work from home, and around 60 per cent of the site is given over to open space and greenery. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour for both buildings.
We were on site from Jun 2022 to Feb 2024.
