No1 Grant Ave (Building B)
The second building at No. 1 Grant Avenue, completed at the end of 2021.
It completed Aniko Group’s 210-apartment community on Hope Island, which was among the Gold Coast’s best-selling projects. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour for both buildings.
We were on site from Apr 2021 to Dec 2021.
