No1 Grant Ave (Building A)
The first building at No. 1 Grant Avenue, Aniko Group’s 210-apartment community on Hope Island.
Set among Hope Island’s waterways and golf courses, the $140 million No. 1 Grant Avenue offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments with a pool, sauna, fitness centre and residents’ lounge, and it welcomes pets. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour for both buildings.
We were on site from Oct 2019 to Sep 2020.
