19 absolute beachfront residences on Golden Four Drive, inspired by the dunes in front of them.
Built by LPS Group for Siera Property Group, the $85 million Pipis is made up of 17 half-floor apartments and two double-storey penthouses, each close to 280 square metres or more. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Nov 2023 to May 2025.
