Built by LPS Group for Sherpa and designed by HAL Architects, the $110 million Perspective Nexus includes half-floor penthouses and double-storey Sky Homes, with a wellness space, spa, pool and private dining room for residents. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Apr 2024 to Sep 2025.
