A residential tower on George Avenue, moments from the beach at Broadbeach.
Developed and built by Raptis, The Sterling holds 90 apartments across its Seascape, Panorama and Cityscape collections, with full-height glazing and a residents’ level that includes a lap pool, gym and wellness studio. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour for the structure.
We were on site from Jan 2024 to Jul 2026.
