Broadbeach
The Gallery Residences
109 apartments in Broadbeach’s beachside precinct, completed in 2021.
Raptis delivered The Gallery Residences in five apartment layouts, topped by a rooftop entertainment level with a pool, barbecue area, gym and residents’ lounge looking out to the ocean and the hinterland. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour through the structure.
We were on site from Sep 2020 to Nov 2021.
