One Surf
A beachfront home at Mermaid Beach, designed by Blueprint Architects.
Built by Kemp Builders, One Surf is anchored to the foredune in sand-toned handmade brick and off-form concrete, wrapped around a U-shaped courtyard and pool. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Apr 2021 to Jul 2023.
