Developed by the Chippendale Group, a Gold Coast family company now in its fifth generation, and designed by BDA Architecture, Eva Tenth Avenue has a ground-floor pool, gym, lounge and yoga lawn set in subtropical gardens. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Oct 2023 to Jan 2025.
