Mermaid Waters
Esprit de Vie Retirement Village
A lakefront later-living community for over-65s in Mermaid Waters.
Built by Stokes Wheeler and designed by Marchese Partners and Life3A around ageing in place, Esprit de Vie overlooks the lake at The Lakes, with a heated magnesium pool and spa, a gym and a yoga room that opens onto waterfront balconies. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Oct 2022 to Apr 2024.
