A beach house on Cabarita Hill, designed around its beachfront outlook.
Designed by Culprit and built by J & B Projects, the house draws on mid-century modernism, opening its living spaces to the beach and the views from its hillside site. We supplied the concrete, pump and labour.
We were on site from Apr 2021 to Dec 2021.
